Kitty

Who do you think was responsible for this???Yep, Lilly is responsible for this! This has to be the world's best cat! He sure puts up a lot from this little girl!

Making "Awfuls" and a Bit of Singing

This morning Lilly made daddy some "awfuls" (AKA waffles). She had to wear her apron and chef hat, of course! She did a really nice job (meaning she made a VERY big mess!)

It rained here for a little bit this evening. Here is Lilly's version of "Rain, Rain Go Away."
She's a little but silly so this is the best I could get of it!

The LeBeau's Reception

Our friends Nick and Heather were married last October. They had a reception this past week in Grand Rapids because they were married in Las Vegas with just thier immediate family in attendance. We went down to Grand Rapids on Sunday to see them. This was the first time we got to see Gracie. She is about 5 months old now and she is such a cutie. She was such a good little baby too!

Where Do You Want to Go to College, Lilly?

That's what I thought!
Lilly got to go to her first CMU football game on Saturday! She had a super great time! Levi and I tailgated while Lilly napped at grandma and grandpa's house. Then they met us at the game. Here is Lilly at Kelly-Shorts Stadium with the crowd in the background.

With mumma at the game.

With grandma and gradnpa at the game, eating a soft pretzel.

With Tara and Aunt Kate.

Mardi Gras Parade

Kaity, Tara, Lilly and I went downtown on Friday evening for the Mardi Gras Parade. There were A LOT of kids down there. We saw the CMU cheerleaders and marching band, among other things.... I look kind of silly but Lilly sure does look cute!

Lilly with the CMU basketball guy. The other kids are our friends' kids. Jalyn, Owen and Jace.

Just a Stroll in the Park

We went to Nelson Park and Island Park today. It was a beautiful day to spend in the park. Lilly always has fun playing on the slides and the swings. Levi asked her this morning if she wanted to go to the park today. She asked all morning when we were going "bye-bye, park." We actually ran into lots of friends when we were there. We saw Sean, a guy who works at Silverberg's with Levi and his family. They have a little girl who is almost the same age as Lilly. Then we saw my friend from work, Stacy and her husband too!

Swinging on the "big-girl" swings.
Action shot of Lilly going down the slide!

Lilly found her panties and wanted to put them on so she took them to daddy. This was his solution! He put them on over her shorts! I hope this doesn't confuse her!

Lilly found Levi's hat and was wearing it around the house all evening. I think she looks like a little gnome or something. Or something.....

Lilly's in Training.......

at CLOWN SCHOOL! Or so it seems.....

Those would be Mrs. Potato Head's Glasses. She had the ears dangling from her own ears too but I wasn't fast enough for that picture!

Such a little KID! How does she think of these things? Seriously, no one has ever showed her this!

Kaity snapped this picture of her "reading" her book of sign language to Snickers. Notice that the book is even upside-down!
She makes us laugh on a daily (or hourly) basis. She started going back to the babysitter, Kathy's, house last week. Levi has tomorrow off, though, so he asked her what she wanted to do tomorrow. Her answer: "Kathy's!" I guess she's happy to be back playing with Isabelle and Matt (her friends).
