New Favs

Went to dinner at Grandma's for Tamra's birthday. Look at daddy's fish in the fish tank before we left.

Silly girl.

Hammin' it up for the camera!

The cat got her hand again. She requested a "band-A." I think she just enjoys a cookie monster sticker once in awhile!

The LeBeau's Visit

Nick, Heather, Brady and Gracie came up to visit. We took the kiddos to lunch at LaSenorita's. Then we came back to our house and watched Up. Well, the adults watched Up and Lilly and Brady pushed the stroller all over the house and dumped out a good majority of the toys in the playroom (thank goodness I can just shut the door and clean it later!). We tried to get a picture of all of the kids. Lilly was tired and refused to take her thumb out of her mouth. Funny she wouldn't take a nap once they left.....

Anyways, here's the best pictures.

Lilly "Reads"

I purchased this book for Lilly 2 Valentine's Days ago (does that even make sense? Let me rephrase, 2 years ago.). Obviously, we've read it quite a few times and Lilly now knows the words by heart. I took this little video of her "reading" her book. She is actually saying words and phrases that are in the book.

I can't get the darn thing to upload on blogger and I can't figure out how to embed the video from youtube. AGH! So, here's the link. You'll just have to head over to youtube to watch it. Sorry.

On another note....

here's some funny things Lilly has said lately:

I made a funny face at her during lunch where I closed one eye. She said "You're a PIRATE, mumma!"

While we were in the fish store with daddy picking out new fish for the fish tank, Lilly wanted me to "hold you" (instead of hold me). I said, "you're too heavy. My arms hurts. You can stand up. You've got legs." Lilly replied in a whiney sort of voice, "No, I don't have yegs (legs)."

Hmm, I always wondered what those things were that are attached to her hips and ankles.....

As I was zipping her coat before leaving Kohl's the other day-"I'm getting so tall!"

She also likes to throw the word "just" into everything she's doing. "I just going potty" or "I just eating" or "I just petting the kitty." Her innocence makes me wonder what she was really doing!
