Easter

Just missing Rod (and Mark, of course-I'm sure he was there in spirit).

Egg Hunt!

All ready to go to the egg hunt at CMU!

Lilly had to visit the Easter Bunny to mention that she's like a Leapster in her basket.  The bunny didn't talk so when we left, she asked me if he had heard her.  I assured her that the bunny heard her request.  I don't think Harper even realized what was going on!

Lilly enjoyed the bounce house.

Getting ready to "hunt" for eggs.  Really, they just threw a bunch of gift bags, books and coloring books out in the middle of the floor.  By the time we got out there, the finest of Mt. Pleasant had already snatched up baskets-full of goodies.

Harper enjoyed the egg hunt from the comfort of her seat.

A lady was nice enough to give Lilly a goody bag from the egg hunt....if you can call it that.

We stopped to see dad at Silverberg's after the egg hunt!

Lilly wanted to take our picture.  Isn't this such a great angle?!

Dow Gardens: Butterflies

On Sunday we took the opportunity to enjoy the warm day by visiting Dow Gardens and the butterflies.
Lilly got a butterfly painted on her arm.

Harper hatching from a gigantic egg!

Lilly giving her butterfly sister a kiss-I guess.

A beautiful butterfly!

Lilly took this photo of Harper and me!

Harper Talks!

Or yells!  Not too sure what she's trying to tell us but it sounds really  important! I think she really discovered her voice yesterday.  Enjoy!

Harper

I have a hard time choosing which pictures are my favorite to post so I chose a whole bunch!

I bought Harper a bathing suit at the Mom to Mom sale.  I don't think it will fit her by the time it is warm enough to wear it!  It was a bit snug!

Five months old and learning to sit up!

I think she's saying, "Whatcha doing, Mom?"
