Uncle John's Cider Mill

If I remember correctly, the title for this same post last year was "A July Day in October." Well, that was the case this year as well! We met our friends Nick and Heather and thier little boy, Brady, at Uncle John's for a day of fun. I think Lilly had the most fun ripping up this wipe right before we left! Playing on the tractors. I pushed her around in circles!
Our little punkin's atop a pile o' punkin's
At least Brady still smiles for the camera!

Peek-a-boo! I see you!
Lilly being a bumble bee.
Playing in the sand with Brady. Neither of them were too fond of the sand.
Playing peek-a-boo yet again.

Breast Cancer Walk

On Friday after school, Lilly and I headed down to Flint to spend the night with Grandma and Papa for the Breast Cancer Walk on Saturday morning. We walked with my Kris, Barb and Ana.
Lilly is definately Papa's girl! She kept crawling up on this little stool to get next to Papa. Maybe it was because he was feeding her snacks all weekend!
Here's Papa giving Lilly her first taste of Doritos!

Deerfield Nature Park

Papa's Pumpkin Patch

Lilly and I went with Cousin Kaity to Papa's Pumpkin Patch on Saturday for a little Fall fun.

There were a lot of people and kids there so Lilly was mostly looking at other people-not the camera.
I'm not sure why she looks so angry in this one....I thought she was having a lot of fun!

Lilly even got to hold a snake! (It's fake....I don't even let her get near Levi's snakes' cages!)

How Much Fun Can One Laundry Basket Be?

Lilly was having a great time with the laundry basket today after school. What a silly girl!

Why did we even bother to spend $30 on that "mower" thingy in the previous post? How come no one told me a laundry basket would work just the same for teaching Lilly how to walk!?

Uh-oh! and Walking with the "Mower"

Lilly pulled out the basket underneath the coffee table and decided to use it as a step stool. Next thing we knew, she had climbed on top of the table! So proud of herself!
Lilly is not walking on her own but she will finally walk behind her little "mower" (as Levi calls it).

Her new favorite word is "uh-oh." She also has discovered that she can brush her hair with a hairbrush and put on sunglasses and daddy's hat.

Pictures!

I haven't posted any pictures of Lilly in just about a month! I will try to catch you up in photos. Lilly is NOT walking yet. I told her she has to walk by Halloween or she can't go trick-or-treating. Levi doesn't think she'll walk 'till Thanksgiving! She has been going to a babysitter, Cathy's, during the week. She seems to like it.
I'll let the photos do the talking!

Crazy hair after waking up from a nap. It could be due to the "hair gel" of vegetable soup she ran through it right before going down! Playing outside in her wagon. I tried to take pictures of her sitting in the grass but she wouldn't stay still. Good thing the wagon has seat belts!
Sticking out her tongue for the camera.
Climbing the stairs...a favorite activity.

Eating cat food. Uncle Mark would be proud! Then moving right along into other trouble!
Playing with the kitty.
Just chillin' at home with daddy. Lilly found herself a comfy pillow to rest her head.
Getting a ride from da-da.
Hanging around, checking out the fish.
